Over the past few years, I’ve been listening very closely to graduates of my Reiki trainings — people like you who have done the work, loved the experience, and then gone out to practice.

What I keep hearing sounds like…

“I finished the training and I loved it. But now I’m out here trying to practice, and I feel like I need a different layer of apprenticeship.”

Sometimes that “layer” looks like wanting more business mentorship — how to shape a practice that actually works in real life. More often, it sounds like a deeper call:

  • You want your practice to feel truly yours, not just an echo of the training.

  • You want your sessions to reach the level of transformation you know is possible.

  • You want a way of working that gives back to you as much as it asks of you.

And underneath it all, there is a lingering question…

“I’ve gone as far as this level of training can take me. Where do I go from here?”

For some of you, that has meant going back for more courses, levels, teachers — only to discover, at a certain point, that the teacher you were working with had reached their own ceiling. They couldn’t take you further because they hadn’t gone further themselves.

What I want you to know is that this is not a reflection of your gifts or your readiness. It is a reflection of the limits of most healer training.

Most programs give you information and maybe a certificate. Very few initiate you into the depth, discipline, and lived practice needed to carry this work over many years without burning out.

Reiki Mystery School exists as my answer to that.

It is a 12‑month apprenticeship, intentionally small and deep, for practitioners who:

  • Know they’ve outgrown the training they’ve already completed.

  • Are ready to be held in a real apprenticeship, not just another course.

  • Want support as they build a practice that thrives and doesn’t erode them.

  • Feel called toward the kind of depth that cannot be rushed.

Over the year, we begin where most trainings end. We sit together in the real work of how you hold space, how you let source support you, how you shape a practice that honours you and the people you serve.

If you read this and recognize yourself in these words, the next step is to apply and see if this is the right next step for you.

With love,
Bronwyn
