Blessings, everybody.

Today is the New Moon in Virgo.
Virgo notices the small things that hold a life together: the glass of water beside the bed, ten minutes of practice before opening your phone, the clear surface that makes it easier to begin.
Choose one practice you want to stay close to during this lunar cycle.
Give it a place in your day. Prepare what you need in advance. Notice what helps you return and what quietly pulls you away.
Then keep returning.
What we tend regularly becomes part of how we live. Devotion grows through these small acts of care.

Many of you have asked about the recent flooding in Nepal and Tibet and how it will affect our pilgrimage. Syabrubesi, the final settlement before our trek begins, sustained substantial damage. My heart remains with our family there.
I created a sound ceremony, produced by Ben Temple Step, for anyone who would like to join me in holding those affected in Reiki, love, and care.
You can join the sound ceremony here:
We will continue listening closely to our partners in Nepal and following their guidance as the journey approaches.

For those who have been feeling called to the pilgrimage, there is one remaining place in our group.
During our time in Kathmandu, we have been invited to share Reiki with the Tibetan Medicine College. I am deeply grateful for the invitation and for the opportunity to take part in an exchange of healing traditions, knowledge, and presence.
The journey moves through celebration, threshold, ascent, silence, and return.
This pilgrimage has lived in my heart for a long time. Now the group is gathering, and the circle is nearly complete. When I imagine us experiencing Holi together, walking through the rhododendron forests, practicing in the quiet of the mountains, and reaching Kyanjin Gompa, I feel the depth of what we will share.
Our first online gathering will be September 21, on the threshold of the Autumn Equinox and six months before we arrive in Nepal. I would love for our final traveler to be with us when the group gathers for the first time.
I am listening for the person who feels a quiet recognition that this pilgrimage may be theirs.
Most people imagine a pilgrimage begins when they arrive. It does not. It begins when something inside them stirs and they choose to listen.
You can read the full invitation, explore the rhythm of the journey, and apply here:

I also recorded a podcast episode about nature’s quiet invitation to slow down, reset, and realign.
